About Event Coordination

Conference and Events Services at Nichols College is responsible for coordinating all events that take place on campus, from student organization events to admissions events, faculty and staff meetings, and everything in between. To facilitate planning and ensure that all your event needs are met, Nichols College uses the 25Live Scheduling System. 25Live allows you to check availability of rooms, find a space that meets your needs, and request space and services on campus.

Please note that all requests for space and event services must go through 25Live to ensure that we can accommodate your requests and that events are posted to proper calendars! The submission deadlines are as follows:

  • 4 weeks prior for outdoor events
  • 2 weeks prior for all other events
