All new full-time students, whether entering as a freshman of transfer, must complete the requirements in the BisonCare Health Portal.

Student Health History, Physical Exam, Immunizations, a Tuberculosis Risk Questionnaire, and various consent forms. If participating in intercollegiate sports, NCAA regulations mandate that you have a physical within 6 months of the start of the sport you are involved in. In addition to the traditional health record requirements, athletes must submit sickle cell lab results and complete various consent forms on theBisonCare Health Portal.
