DepartmentsThe Office of Community Standards at Nichols College supports the College’s mission by providing a consistent, fair, and educational process that promotes student learning, development, personal responsibility, integrity, and accountability. We are committed to an educational and developmental process that balances the interests of individual students and the College Community. To support its mission, The Office of Community Standards:
- Develops, provides, interprets, and enforces College policies and expectations for student behavior
- Intervenes in student behavior, taking an educational and developmental approach to nurture positive student behavior
- Provides a consistent, educational, and student-centered approach for resolving violations, focusing on student development to guide positive decision making
